Alberto Salinas

Alberto Salinas, of Seguin, Texas passed away on Monday, March 9, 2020 at the age of 94. He was born in Floresville, Texas to Mateo and Genoveva (Sanchez) Salinas on March 20, 1925.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Mateo and Genoveva Salinas; his wife, Diega Medina Salinas; siblings, Ciarco Salinas, Vicente Salinas, Sara Rangel and Larry Salinas.

Survivors include his daughters, Beatrice Vasquez and husband Fernando, Sylvia Salinas and husband Albert Ramos; sons, Albert Salinas Jr. and wife Sylvia, and Alvin Salinas; grandchildren, Annette Castañon, Rachel Calderon and husband Prudencio, April Ramos, Michelle Navarro, Julie Noria, Daisy Salinas, Amanda Frady, Amy Marshall, Amber Salinas, Albert Ramos Jr., Adrian"AJ" Ramos, Gabriel Salinas, Albert Salinas III; sister, Virginia Salinas Garcia, as well as numerous great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at Palmer Mortuary from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Santo Tomas Cemetery.

The family asks that everyone meet at the cemetery concluding all services at Palmer Mortuary as there will not be a funeral procession leading to the cemetery.
