Alex was preceded in death by his father, Louis Garza Sr., his mother, Susan Arce Garza, brothers, Felix Garza Sr., Gilber Garza Sr., Robert Garza, and sister Josie Garza.
He also leaves behind a network of loving family members and friends who will carry on his memory. Among them are his surviving siblings: Louis Garza Jr. (Timotea), Erlinda Pastrano (Polo), Ernest Garza Sr. (Rosie), Mary Robles (Manuel), Patsy Pulido (Victor Rangel). The warmth of Alex's love will extend through each one of them as they continue to honor his legacy.
Alex A. Garza's life and legacy will be celebrated during a visitation to be held on September 7, 2023, at Palmer Mortuary & Cremations in Seguin, Texas. The viewing will take place from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with the rosary being recited at 7:00 PM, as family, friends, and loved ones gather to pay their respects.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Alex's memory to a charitable organization of your choice. Let us honor his legacy by continuing his tradition of helping others and spreading love wherever we go.
