Antonio Garcia Jr.

Antonio A. Garcia Jr. was called Home to be with Our Lord on November 2, 2022 at the age of 64. He was born on July 28, 1958 in Seguin, Texas.

Antonio was a hardworking, passionate, and loyal person. He loved working concrete construction and basically doing any kind of outdoors task. From running Garcia Concrete Construction to simply mowing his neighbor’s yard, he was ready to do it all. He loved his grandchildren and great grandchildren dearly, the smile they brought to his face will be forever remembered.

Antonio is preceded in death by his parents, Antonio and Margarita Garcia; his daughter, Tracy Annette Garcia; his grandparents, Marcos and Andrea Garcia; his sister, Barbara Garcia and his in laws, Mr. and Mrs. Gomez Sr.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife Mary Ellen Garcia; his children, Antonio Garcia III (Leslie) and Roxanne Garcia (Paul); grandchildren, Tracy, Kayla, Tony, Tristian, Amber, Victoria, Trinity, Mark, Joshua, Marcus, Joe and Jacob; 13 great-grandchildren his sisters, Criselda Alvarez, Kim Lerma and brother, Anthony "Nino" Garcia as well as numerous nieces, nephews and numerous friends.

The family will be receiving condolences on Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at Palmer Mortuary from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and a Prayer will begin at 7:00 p.m.

Visitation will continue Wednesday, November 16, 2022, beginning at 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and a Funeral Service will begin promptly at 1:00 p.m. at Palmer Mortuary. All services will conclude in the Palmer Mortuary Chapel on Wednesday afternoon and Antonio’s wish of cremation will be fulfilled in the following days.
