Antonio Salas

Antonio Salas, of Seguin, passed away on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at the age of 83. He was born in Luling, Texas on December 2, 1934 to Policarpia (Ancira) and Juan Salas.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Guadalupe Salas, parents and siblings.

Survivors include his son Ray Salas, Sr., grandchildren, Ray Salas, Jr., and Morgan Salas; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Antonio was an active, hard-working man that was a skilled carpenter. He enjoyed raising animals, especially cattle and pigs. He and his wife liked dancing and they were regular patrons to local dances on the weekends. Antonio was concerned, protective and caring of his family. He had a generous heart and was known for helping others. He will be greatly missed by those that knew and loved him.

Visitation will be held at Palmer Mortuary Chapel on Tuesday, December 26, 2017 from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m., with the Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at 9:00 a.m., with a Christian Burial to follow at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Cemetery.
