Augustine Rodriguez

Augustine C. Rodriguez, of Seguin, passed away on Thursday, April 24, 2014 at the age of 82.

He was born to Rosalio Rodriguez and Isabel Carrera on March 06, 1932 in Geronimo, Texas.

Augustine was married to Petra Perez Rodriguez on February 02, 1953.

He is preceded in death by his wife Petra P. Rodriguez sons, Augustine Rodriguez Jr., Juan Rodriguez and Louise Rodriguez and granddaughter Anna Marie Rodriguez.

He is survived by his daughters, Sophia and Ruben Reyes, Gloria and Tony Aguirre, Martha and Rocky Diaz, Janie and Reyes Medellin, Rosie Lerma and Roland Martinez, MSG Frances Rodrgiuez and fianc SGM Ashley Lloyd, Lupe Rodriguez and Alison Leos sons, Raul Rodriguez and fianc Felicia Scheel, Ruben Rodriguez, Ricardo Rodriguez, Paul Rodriguez, Fred Rodriguez, Manuel and Lydia Rodriguez, Tony and Rachael Rodriguez brother, Pedro Rodriguez sister, Isabel Pantoja grandchildren, Raul Aguirre, Justin and Jason Diaz, Adam and Jesse Vargas, Stephanie Garza, Daniel and Vanessa Lerma, Joshua and Nicole Harrington, Petra, Janie and Melinda Rodriguez, Ruben Rodriguez, Jr., Pete Rodriguez, John Rodriguez, Jr., Louise Rodriguez, Ricardo Rodriguez, Jr., Freddie Rodriguez, Jr., Mario Rodriguez, Carlos Rodriguez, Jacob Rodriguez, Samantha Rodriguez, Sabrina Rodriguez, Tony Rodriguez, Jr., Amber Rodriguez and Jalen Rodriguez and numerous greatgrandchildren.

Serving as pallbearers will be Daniel Lerma, Jason Diaz, TJ Rodriguez, Jesse Vargas, Carlos Rodriguez, Jalen Rodriguez and Adam Vargas.

A visitation will be held at Palmer Mortuary on Monday, April 28, 2014 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 7 p.m. A mass will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church on Tuesday, April 29, 2014 at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at San Geronimo Cemetery.

The family of Augustine C. Rodriguez wishes to extend their sincere thanks to all the doctors and nurses in the SICU at NE Baptist Hospital.
