Baby Eva Lynn Mendiola

Baby Eva Lynn Mendiola, of Seguin, Texas, was called to the Garden of Gods little Angels on January 18, 2024. Although her time with us was short, she left an everlasting impact on the hearts of all who knew her. 

Born on January 18, 2024, Baby Eva brought immense love to her parents, Xavier Mendiola and Elizabeth Castillo. She was a precious addition to their family, joining her adoring big brother, Leo'nidas Mendiola. In addition to her immediate family, Baby Eva was cherished by her grandparents, Erica Muñoz and Gabriel Mendiola Sr., as well as Vivian Castillo and Bryan Castillo. Baby Eva is further survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

While we mourn the loss of Baby Eva Lynn Mendiola today, we also celebrate the incredible impact she had on those around her during her brief time with us. She leaves behind a legacy of love that will endure forever in our hearts.

Baby Eva joins her maternal great-grandparents, Joe Rodriguez Castillo and Emma Mujica Castillo, as well as paternal great-great-grandfather Lorenzo Martinez in eternal rest. We take comfort knowing that she is reunited with loved ones who have gone before her.

Baby Eva Lynn Mendiola may have left this earthly world too soon, but her bright spirit will forever shine in our hearts. We will cherish her memory and hold her close, finding solace in knowing that she brought incredible love and joy to everyone blessed enough to have known her. May she rest in eternal peace.
