Obituary Carlota L. Salazar


Carlota Lopez Salazar, 87 of Seguin went to be with the Lord on June 25, 2010. She was born October 3, 1922 in Tynan, Texas.

Carlota is preceded in death by her parents, Carmen and Pablo Lopez sister, Sara Garcia brothers, Pablo, Pedro, Jose, Francisco, and Carlos Lopez also one Grandson, Albert Chapa and his daughter Olivia.

Survivors include four daughters, Herminia L. Rivera Cecilio Ochoa Jr. of Seguin Dora Ramon Raul of Seguin Minerva Chapa Homer of Alice, TX Jesusa Rivera Cosme of Alice, TX two sons, Simon Lopez III of Seguin and Rudy Lopez JoAnn of Alice, TX. She also leaves behind one sister, Adela Lopez.

She was blessed with 19 Grandchildren, 41 GreatGrandchildren, and 15 GreaGreat Grandchildren.

Funeral Services will include a Visitation on Sunday, June 27, 2010 from 4:00 9:00 PM with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM at Palmer Mortuary. A Mass will be held on Monday, June 28, 2010 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church. Interment will follow at St. James Cemetery.

Pall bearers will be her Grandsons, David Rivera, Danny Rivera, Homer Chapa Jr., Michael Rivera, Richard Lopez, and Rudy Lopez Jr.
