Cristina Johnson

Cristina P. Johnson of Seguin, Texas passed away surrounded by family on Friday, October 11, 2019 at the age of 85. She was born to Francisco Pascua and Consuelo Lazarro Pascua on October 2, 1934 in Pasay City in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Cristina is preceded in death by both of her parents and her brothers, Gracing, Romeo, Edilberto, Maning and sister, Josefina.

She is survived by her husband of 47 years of marriage, Leo G. Johnson; children, Marissa Johnson and her life partner Dave Barnett and Kennedy Johnson and wife Tina; Grandchildren, Dennis Johnson and wife Lizet, Fernando Lopez, Ashley Nicole Reynolds and husband Austin, Matthew Lopez and significant other Jennifer Gorea, Kennedy Johnson Jr. and Mackenzie Ross Johnson; great-grandchildren, Dennis Jr., Lyndon B., Raiden Reign, Averie and Akan; sisters, Tessie Cyrus, Cora Reynolds, Lorenza Cunannan and a host of extended family and friends.

Cristina was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She worked at Tyson Foods until retirement. She was a very hardworking and organized person and was devoted to her family and loved spending time with them. Cristina was always willing to help anyone in need she just had that kind and loving heart. She enjoyed playing bingo and slot machines. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 21, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service to begin at 7:00 p.m. at Palmer Mortuary. All services will conclude in the Palmer Mortuary Chapel and a cremation is scheduled to follow.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Palmer Mortuary and Cremations
