Elizabeth "Liz" Lozano

Elizabeth “Liz” Lozano, age 78 of Seguin, Texas passed away on Sunday the 27th of November 2022. Elizabeth was born on February 27th, 1944, in Matamoros Mexico to her mother, Elvira Lozano and her father, Pedro Lozano.

Elizabeth was the 8th of 10 children. She had a passion for cosmetology and fashion. She received her cosmetology license in 1970 and owned her own salon and remained self-employed even after her retirement. She was an active member of her church, Iglesia Bautista Emanuel De Seguin.

Elizabeth had 5 children; she is survived by her 2 daughters and 3 sons, Sally Stroer, Diana Parrish, Louis Chavez, Charley Chavez, and Tommy Chavez. Elizabeth was blessed with 11 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Elizabeth’s Life will be on Thursday, December 1, 2022. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 12:00 p.m. at the First Latin Assembly of God on 806 N. Camp St. Seguin, Texas.
