Elsa is survived by daughters, Penny Franklin and husband Ray, Evangeline Lopez and Eddie Mendez, Sylvia Maldonado; sons, Joe Vasquez, Sam Maldonado and wife Cindy, Daniel Maldonado and 6 grandchildren.
