Ernesto Perez, of Seguin, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, January 27, 2021, at the age of 59. He was born in Brownfield, Texas on June 2, 1961 to Anselmo Perez and Elida Mendez.
He is preceded in death by sisters, Consuelo Rodriguez and Lydia Perez and brothers, Anselmo Perez Jr. and Ruben Perez.
He is survived by his wife, Sally Perez; children, Marlina Perez, Veronica Perez, Ernest Perez Jr., and Melissa Perez-Hernandez and husband, Albert; five grandchildren, Christian Villalon, Jacob Villalon, Mark Navarro Jr., Paris Hernandez, Adrilyssa Hernandez and one great grandchild, Kingston Villalon; sisters, Mary Mungia, Amy Perez, Lupe Sandoval, Oli Castillo, Norma Perez, Cristena Kelley and husband, Glenn Kelley; brothers, Chris Perez and Manuel Perez.
A Visitation will be held Monday, February 1, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 5:00 p.m. at Palmer Mortuary Chapel. A Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment will follow at San Geronimo Cemetery.
