Esteban Valadez Jr.

Esteban C. Valadez Jr., of Seguin, Texas, passed away on Friday May 14, 2021 at the age of 77. He was born on August 11,1943 in Seguin Tx. to Esteban Valadez Sr. and Susanna Calderon.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brother, Abel Valadez Sr. and his daughter, Erica Valadez Balderas.

Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Beatrice Valadez; his children, Michael Valadez, Susie Valadez Sanchez (Paul) and Ricky Valadez (Anna); his grandchildren, Dawnyae Littrell, Meagan McNeely, Kandace Krueger, Korey Krueger, Jessica Valadez, Destiny Ramirez, Ricky Valadez Jr. Larissa Leos, & Gabriella Leos as well as 9 great grandchildren.

Esteban was known to love baseball and played baseball in his young & growing years.

He was an avid fan of the Houston Astros, San Antonio Spurs and the Dallas Cowboys.

A Visitation will be on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a Rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. at Palmer Mortuary Chapel.  A Funeral Mass will be on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.  As per Mr. Valadez’s wishes, cremation will follow.

Pallbearers will be Korey Krueger, Ricky Valadez Jr., Steve Valadez, Abel Valadez, Tony Valadez, Jesse Escobedo
