Felipe Flores

Felipe V. Flores Sr., of Seguin, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 15, 2016, at the age of 85. He was born in Luling, Texas to Sabino and Bartola Flores on August 23, 1930.
He is preceded in death by his parents and sisters; Frances Sanders and Udelia Belmarez.
Survivors include his loving wife of 67 years, Anita; son, Felipe Flores Jr. & daughters, Hope Horacefield, Dolores Henderson and Mary Alma Saenz and husband Roland. Grandchildren, Felipe III, Kevin H., Marissa M., Esperanza H., Anna H., Stephanie F. and Linda M. and 10 great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Felipe served in United States Army and retired Civil Service. He owned and operated Flores Tamales for 30 years. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather who will be greatly missed but one day we will all be together for all eternity.
Visitation will be held at Palmer Mortuary Chapel on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. A funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church on Thursday, May 19, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at San Geronimo Cemetery.
