Frances Weigand

Frances Carlene Weigand of Seguin, Texas passed away Friday, August 10, 2012 at the age of 79. She was born in Quincy, Illinois on April 27, 1933 to Carl Mitts and Nellie Morris.

She is survived by her husband, John W., son, John Weigand and wife Sheron grandchildren, Tricia and husband Aly Yahaa and Kenneth Manning greatgrandchildren, Kaeleb, Klayton and Trinity Manning.

Special thanks to her caregiver Tina Manning.

Preceded in Death by her father Carl Mitts and her mother Nellie Morris.

A Visitation will be held Monday, August 13, 2012, Family to receive friends from 6:00 PM 8:00 PM at Palmer Mortuary Chapel. A Church service will be held on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at 10:00 AM at Grace Lutheran Church. Interment to follow in San Geronimo Cemetery. After the graveside service a reception will be held at Grace Lutheran Church.

Also Special Thanks to Dr. Tam Tam and Guadalupe Regional Hospital ICU Unit for all of their special care. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
