Francisco Medina

Francisco “Frankie” Medina was called by our Heavenly Father to eternal rest on July 5, 2020 at the age of 37.  He was born on March 10. 1983 in Laredo, Texas to Juanita R. Medina.

Frankie was a graduate of Seguin High School. He loved sports and playing poker; as well as dealing cards for his family and friends. Frankie lived his entire adult life in the small city of Seguin and the New Braunfels area.

Frankie was most proud of being a loving and devoted father to his son, Frankie, Jr. and the greatest passion in his life was his son. Frankie was a young man with a beautiful personality who brought much joy to his family and friends. He will be greatly missed by his sudden passing. It will leave a tremendous void to everyone who had the pleasure of knowing and loving him.

“It broke our Hearts to lose you, but you did not go alone, for part of us went with you on the day God called you home.” May the perpetual light shine upon you, our beloved Frankie.

Frankie is preceded in death by his beloved Wello and Wella, Vicente, Jr and Constancia M. Flores.

Frankie is survived by his beloved mother, Juanita R. Medina and his beloved son, Francisco Medina, Jr. (mother-Krissy Lynn Menchaca, sister-Kaylynn Reina Gutierrez), numerous cousins and family members from San Antonio, Laredo and Seguin, Texas.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 from 11:00 – 12:00 p.m. with the rosary recited at 12:00 p.m. at Palmer Mortuary. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Services will conclude at the church.

Due to the circumstances with COVID-19, every guest will be required to wear a face covering and are required to follow social distancing inside of the funeral home and church.
