Frank Bell Sr.

Frank Winfred Bell Sr., of Seguin, passed away on Thursday, March 20, 2014 at the age of 85. He was born to Evins Bell and Esther Francis on July 8, 1928.

In his youth, he attended Cotton Wood School and Ball High. He retired from SMI after working for 23 years. Frank loved horses and was a race horse trainer for many years.

He is preceded in death by his parents, two sons and brother.

He is survived by his children, Frank Bell Jr., and wife Cynthia, Billie Wells and husband David, Deon Williams and wife Melissa 5 grandchildren and 5 greatgrandchildren siblings, Marie Duhart, Evins Bell Jr., Bobbie Luckey and husband Reverend Herman and Alfred Bell and wife Della.

Visitation will be held at Palmer Mortuary, on Wednesday, March 26, 2014 from 8:00 a. m. to 9:00 p. m. A Funeral Service will be held at Zion Hill Baptist Church on Thursday, March 27, 2014 at 11:00 a. m. Interment will follow at Zion Hill Cemetery.
