Guadalupe Rodriguez Jr.

Guadalupe Rodriguez, Jr., of Seguin, passed away on Monday, June 13, 2016, at the age of 62. He was born in Seguin, Texas on March 19, 1954 to Maria (Montalvo) and Guadalupe Rodriguez, Sr.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include, his siblings, Eugene Rodriguez, Sr., and wife Gloria, and Marta Belmarez and husband Felix; nephews, Eugene Rodriguez, Jr., and Dre Morris, and Felix Jr.; and nieces, Rachel Belmarez Calderon and husband Ryan, Rebecca Belmarez Torres and husband Jesse, and Rita Belmarez.

Guadalupe loved horses, he even lived for a time, out in the country, on a ranch, where he worked and cared for them. He was a friendly person, always had a smile on his face and made friends everywhere he went. A long-time resident of the Seguin High Rise, he had many friends and will be remembered and missed, by those that knew and loved him.

The Rodriguez and Belmarez Families will greet family and friends at Palmer Mortuary Chapel, on Monday, June 20, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., a Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. A Private Inurnment Service will be held at San Geronimo Cemetery.
