Henry C Pinter passed away at his home with his family by his side on Monday, October 8, 2012 at the age of 98. He was born on October 1, 1914 in Dimebox, Texas to Charlie Pinter and Annie Skopik.
He proudly served in the United States Army in Germany during WWII. He was also a member of the Civilian Conservation Corps in East Texas. He enjoyed traveling with his wife and spending time with family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, one brother, George Pinter one sister, Sissy Naiser and Greatgrandson, Zachary Dearing.
He is survived by his wife of 74 years Annie Fried Pinter of Seguin, Texas. He is also survived by his daughter Betty Dearing and husband Clarence Dearing Jr. of Kingsbury, Texas, Grandson Mike Dearing and wife Mary, granddaughters Debbie Daleo and husband Frankie, Cathy Lane and husband Mark and Patsy Grimm. He is also survived by seven greatgrandchildren and Nine greatgreatgrandchildren.
Pallbearers are Jon Lane, Joshua Dearing, Jody Engelke, Tony Trojan, Steve Arroyos and Jeremy Whitehead.
A Visitation will be held Thursday, October 11, 2012, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A Blessing service will be held Friday, October 12, 2012, at 10:00 AM at Palmer Mortuary Chapel. Interment to follow at San Geronimo Cemetery
