Ignacio Tristan

Ignacio R. Tristan, age 90, of Kingsbury, TX, passed away on Monday, December 7, 2015. He was born in Ricardo, Texas on July 31, 1925 to Jesus and Tomasa Tristan.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Eusebio, Prisco and Alejandro Tristan; sisters, Dorotea Tristan, Leona T. Vara and Ninfa T. Martinez; and son David Tristan.

Survivors include his wife of 61 years, Dominga D. Tristan, children, Margarito Tristan, Eusebio Tristan and wife Janie, Devora Tristan and Lupe Perez, Dorothea Tristan; grandchildren, Velia Tristan, Trinity Tristan, Cindy Tristan-Baltierra and husband Robert, Brent Lee Porter and wife Adrianna, and Raven Mendoza; great grandchildren, Damian Tristan, Faith Tristan, D'Lyla Tristan, Bailey Cano, Brayden Porter, Sabin Ignacio Gonzales and Christopher Bear Baltierra; sisters, Arcadia Tristan, Rebecca T. Reimer and husband Gary, Carolina T. Mendez and husband Guadalupe, and Elena T. Gonzalez; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be held at Palmer Mortuary Chapel on Saturday, December 12, 2015 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The family will gather at Palmer Mortuary Chapel on Sunday, December 13, 2015 from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., and will leave in procession at 10:00 a.m., to San Juan Cemetery in Prairie Lea, TX.
