Jesse Gomez Jr.

Jesse Jay Gomez Jr. went home with our Lord Jesus Christ on Friday, December 18, 2020 at the age of 35 in Del Valle, Texas. He was born to Jesse R. Gomez Sr. and Norma (Gutierrez) San Miguel on February 13, 1985 in Seguin, Texas.

Jesse was born and raised in Seguin, Texas. He was a true jokester, always smiling and making everyone around him laugh with his jokes. He loved his children and enjoyed spending time with his family. You could always catch Jesse wearing a cap and he enjoyed spending his time playing video games. Throughout life he always tried doing the right thing and always striving to better himself. Jesse will be dearly missed by all of his family and friends.

Jesse is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Julian and Natividad Gomez and his uncle, Martin Gomez.

He is survived by his mother, Norma San Miguel and husband, Robert; father, Jesse R. Gomez Sr. and wife, Noreen; children, Jesse Jay Gomez III, Cassidy Gomez, Jaylinn Gomez and Albert Urbina; maternal grandmother, Placida E. Gutierrez; siblings, Johnny Michael Gomez, Stephanie Gomez and fiancé, Alex Martinez. Jesse is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family and friends.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, December 28, 2020 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Cemetery. Gathering of family and friends will begin at 12:30 p.m. and the graveside service will begin at 1:00 p.m. Deacon Nick Carrillo will officiate graveside services.

As per CDC protocols social distancing of 6 feet is required and all guests attending services are required to wear a face covering.
