JoAnn Tausch of Seguin, Texas peacefully entered into eternal rest on Monday, December 9, 2019 at the age of 64. She was born to Joe Mack Sewell and Dorothy Aileen Pullam Sewell on March 29, 1955 in Clovis, New Mexico.
She is preceded in death by both of her parents.
She is survived by loving husband of 34 years of marriage, Ronald Keith Tausch; her furry companions that she considered her children, Casey and Patches; her siblings, David Lee Sewell and wife Susan, Stephen Mark Sewell, Joseph Mack Sewell Jr. and wife Olga Viktorovna, Christopher James Sewell; her nieces and nephews, Tara Lavonne Sewell, Jacqueline Suzanne Kernan and husband Kurtis, Pavel Alexandrovich Razuvayev; her great-nieces and nephews, Kiley Kernan, Khloe Kernan, Hudson Kernan and a host of other extended family and friends.
JoAnn enjoyed life and shared her love for her dogs immensely. In the earlier part of her life she and her husband Ronald would travel frequently and go on many camping trips. She had quite a collection of purses and shoes which she took after her mother. She loved watching The Rifle Man because Chuck Connors was her all-time favorite actor. JoAnn will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Visitation will begin on Monday, December 16, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with a Funeral Service to begin at 12:00 p.m. at Palmer Mortuary. Officiating the Funeral Service will be Chaplain Danny Johnson. After the services conclude the family asks everyone to meet at San Geronimo Cemetery as there will not be a funeral procession from the funeral home.
