Julian Carrillo

Julian G. Carrillo Sr., a kind, loving, considerate father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother and friend at the age of 84, began his peaceful rest with God on Friday, March 13th, 2015, having passed away at his home with his loving family by his side.
He was born on January 9th, 1931 to Jose M. and Esiquia Gonzales Carrillo in Ennis, Texas and was raised in Seguin.
He is preceded in death by his parents; paternal grandparents, Magdaleno & Feliciana Carrillo; maternal grandparents; Pedro & Margarita Gonzales; brother(s) Joe L. Carrillo, Eleazar G. Carrillo & Jesse L. Carrillo; along with granddaughter, Eglena "EG" C. Diaz- DeLeon.
He is survived by his nine children: Julian Carrillo Jr. (Melissa), Esiquia "Atsy" C. DeLaGarza (Rey), Mario A. Carrillo, Robert Carrillo (Sandy), Cindy C. Gutierrez (Carlos), Frances "Twiggy" C. Sassenhagen, Eydie C. Rosales (Tony), Veronica "Roni" Carrillo, and Frank Carrillo (Analaura); nineteen grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; along with numerous other loving family members and many friends.
Special thanks given to: The Seguin Housing Authority staff, Walnut Springs Tower (Hi-Rise) tenants, care giver(s): Dora Matamoros Cuca, Socorro M. Ornelas, Amanda Ornelas, & Amelia C. Rangel, along with the Guadalupe Regional Hospice' Nurses and Aides.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Tri Party Club, Area 68, District #2 on Huber Rd., Seguin, Texas.
