Librado Ramirez Jr.

Librado "Lee" M. Ramirez passed away with his wife by his side on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at the age of 70. He was born on August 21, 1949 to Librado and Yladia Ramirez Sr. He was a Vietnam Veteran who served our country from 1969-1971. Lee was follower of Christ and a business man who owned "The Royal Touch" which left the door open and gave him the opportunity to give his testimony, a true follower of Christ. Lee never met a stranger and was known for helping anyone he came in contact with. His humble and loving personality will be deeply missed by all of those who were lucky enough to know him.

He is preceded in death by both of his parents and three infant siblings.

Left to treasure his memories is his loving wife of 50 years, Otilia M. Ramirez; his children, Rebecca Lynn Ramirez, Peggy Lee Reyes and husband Bobby Neira, and Jerrie Ann Ricarte and husband Gilbert; grandchildren, Damion Louise Ricarte and fiancé Nichole Salinas, Aaron Lee Ricarte, Raven Lee Flores, Logan James Neira, Marcus Anthony Ricarte, Tyler James Neira, Gianna Marie Ricarte, Raeann Diane Flores and Raynaldo Flores III and future great-granddaughter, Catalina Rose Ricarte; brothers and sisters, Guadalupe Ramirez and wife Princess, Mary Garcia and husband Adolfo, Valentine Ramirez and wife Adela, Gregorio Ramirez, Velia Torres and husband Raymond, Yolanda Renteria and husband Chuy, Martina Martinez and husband Adam and sever nieces, nephews, cousins and numerous friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 11, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Palmer Mortuary. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at Living Waters located at 3325 TX-46, Seguin, TX 78155 at 10:00 a.m.  Interment will be at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. in Committal Shelter #1.
