Luis Reyes Jr.

Luis M. Reyes Jr. "Weecho", age 82, of Seguin, Texas passed away on Monday, May 6, 2019. He was born in Seguin on September 21, 1936 to Luis and Angelita Reyes.
Luis was a man of strong faith and was known by his family for his loving, caring, tough and funny spirit. He loved spending time with his children, grandchildren and family. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather who will be truly missed by all who loved him.
Luis is preceded in death by his parents, Luis and Angelita Reyes and his granddaughter, Angelita R. Perez.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 42 years, Amelia R. Reyes; children, Louis Q. III and Linda Reyes, Estella Reyes, Luis R. and Diana Reyes, Jesus Rafael and Nichole Reyes, Vicente R. Reyes and Ruby Valdez; step-daughters, Linda A. and Adelaido Menchaca Jr. and Elizabeth and Sumit Kumar; 20 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and many other family and friends.
The family would like to thank all of the staff at Nurses In Touch for all of the care provided to Mr. Reyes.
A very special thank you is extended to Vicki Piñon for all of the dedication and care that she provided to Mr. Reyes.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 13, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a prayer service and sharing of memories to start at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at the Palmer Mortuary Chapel on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. with a procession to lead to San Geronimo Cemetery.
