Our loving son, brother and father went to be with the Lord on May 16, 2018.
Pico is preceded in death by his mother Margarita B. Alvarez.
Pico was loved by all who knew him, he had many friends and was always willing to help anyone in need. We will miss his infectious laugh, smile and endless jokes.
Pico is survived by his wife, Teresa Alvarez; father, Marcelino Alvarez Sr.; son, Marcelino Alvarez III; step children, Roberto Gonzales, Vanessa Gonzales and Cecilia Gonzales; two beautiful grandchildren, Nathan and Preston Alvarez; four brothers, Gilbert (Terri) Alvarez, Ruben (Irma) Alvarez, Ricky Gonzales and Tony Garcia; three sisters, Criselda (Jose) Alvarez, Kim (Lin) Lerma, Barbara (Roy) Jimenez; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Monday, May 28, 2018, at Palmer Mortuary Chapel.
Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 29, 2018, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Our Lady of Guadalupe Cemetery.
