Maria Davila

Maria G. Davila, of Seguin, went to be with the Lord, on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at the age of 57. She was born in Fentress, Texas on April 2, 1960 to Jose Davila and Antonia Revilla.
She is preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Josie Tristan, Lupe Betancourt, Ismael Davila & Frank Tagle; niece, Melissa Rodriguez; nephews Matias Davila, Jr. and Gerardo Banda
Survivors include her husband, Raymond Amador; her children, Ismael G. Davila, Virginia M. Amador, Marcus R. Amador, & John M. Amador; grandchildren, Autumn Davila, Gavyn Davila, Alexandria Davila, Julisa Davila, Violet Z. Tristan, Christian Tristan, Breanna Tristan, Trey Tristan & Serena Molina; great grandchildren, Ja'Daniel Rodriguez, Elyanna Schmidt, & Sammy Kirkpatrick; siblings, Felicitas Banda & husband Raul, Dominga Tristan, Consuelo Coronado, Matias Davila & Margarita, Ester Davila, Joe Davila & wife Audrey, Manuel Davila & wife Linda, Daniel Davila & wife Estella, Reynaldo Davila & wife Teresa, Minerva Nieto & husband Robert & Oralia Johnson & husband Ted.
Maria was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a hard worker, giving her all in everything she did. Maria was a devout Christian, who enjoyed cooking and baking for family and friends. She was an avid reader, evident by her large collections of books.
Visitation will be held at Palmer Mortuary Chapel on Friday, November 3, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held at Palmer Mortuary Chapel on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at 10:00 a.m.
