He is survived by his wife Yvette Tovar; daughters, Ashley Nicole and Hilary Leann; son, Oscar Jr.; step-children; Miranda, Richard and Jacob; mother, Sylvia McPhail and husband Mike; father, Toribio Guerrero, Jr. and wife Gloria; grandmother, Olga Guerrero; grandfather, Pedro Villareal; grandchildren, Jeffrey Jovanni and Savannah Ruth Sanchez; brothers, Toribio III, Gabriel and wife Margaret and 7 nieces and 5 nephews.

Oscar is preceded in death by his grandfather Toribio Guerrero, Sr. and grand-mother Ruth Villareal.
