Paula Castillo was a woman of extraordinary character and generosity. Born in Zacatecas, Mexico, on July 28, 1942, and raised in Littlefield, Texas, she was born into a large and loving family and embodied the values of love and compassion.

She was blessed with four daughters, Joann, Lucy, Sylvia  (Davaon), and Elizabeth (Donald).  Eight grandchildren, Summer (Don), Austin, Carrigann (Christopher), Joann, Ariel (Aiden), and Jillian (Zack)  Jalen and Jared. Three great-grandchildren, Genesis,  River & Dakota, whom she adored.

Granny, as she was affectionately known, was distinguished for her culinary expertise. Her hobbies included sewing, dancing, and fashion, which she pursued with great passion. Granny's presence had a profound impact on those around her, making everyone feel valued and loved.

Her strong faith in God and devotion to La Virgin de San Juan guided her life's journey. Her bright smile, infectious laughter, and loving presence will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
