Ramiro Sanchez

Ramiro "Buddha" Sanchez, of Seguin, went to be with our Lord and Savior on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at the age of 56. He was born in Sinton, Texas on May 10, 1960 to Maria (Guillen) and Jose Sanchez, Sr.

He is preceded in death by his parents and stepdaughter, Frances Medina Brooks.

He leaves behind his loving wife of 35 years, Gregoria Medina Sanchez, stepchildren (whom he raised as his own), Chris Medina, Mark Valadez (Lilia) and Esther Hernandez (Johnny); daughter, Candy Matamoros, 10 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, 11 siblings and 2 god children.

Ramiro lived his life to the fullest, he was always doing things for others, taking care of their needs before his own and everywhere that we went, he enjoyed talking to people, making them laugh and smile. He was also a father to all children. Buddha will be greatly missed!

Visitation will be held at Palmer Mortuary Chapel on Thursday, May 11, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with the Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church (407 W. Krezdorn St., Seguin, TX 78155) on Friday, May 12, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. (Services will conclude at the church).
