Ramona Sanchez

Ramona Ann Rojas Sanchez was welcomed into Heaven on Thursday, January 2, 2020 at the age of 61. She was born to Apolonio Rojas Sr. and Francisca Diaz Correa and August 9, 1958 in Seguin, Texas.

Ramona was a beautiful and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother whose legacy will live on in all of those who continue to share her memories on earth. She loved playing bingo and cooking meals for her family. She had a big heart and always opened her doors for her family and always took care of others as they were her own. She was a very strong woman she fought the good fight in every sense of the word. She will be deeply missed by all of those whose lives she touched including her husband, Lucio both of them were inseparable from one another, two peas in a pod.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Apolonio Rojas Sr., and Francisca Diaz Correa; her brother, Apolonio Rojas Jr and her sister, Janie Niño.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving Husband, Lucio A. Sanchez; Daughters, Irene Zambrano, Mary Sanchez Martinez, Lisa Ann Delgado and Linda Marie Martinez; Grandchildren, Juan Zambrano Jr., Oralia Marisela Zambrano, Nicolas Ramon Zambrano, Vanessa Lili Zambrano, Alexandria Micaela Palmer, Gabrielle Michelle Miller, Angelica Maria Cordova, Martin Lucio Martinez Jr., Justyne Ann Marie Martinez, Brianna Janae Martinez, Delilah Alazae Salazar, Lisa Marie Delgado, Marina Lucero Delgado, Stephanie Lynn Delgado and Ignacio Delgado Jr.; 16 Great-Grandchildren; her Brothers and Sisters, Cipriano Rojas, Willie Rojas Sr., Julia Valdez, Angelita Rojas, Maria Rodriguez as well as numerous extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Palmer Mortuary followed by a prayer and worship service to begin at 7:00 p.m. Visitation will continue at Palmer Mortuary on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and interment will follow at Santo Tomas Cemetery.
