Roberta Miears

Roberta Nancy Miears of Seguin, Texas has gone to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, July 26, 2008 at the age of 88.

Roberta was born on August 30, 1919 in Hunt, Texas to Henry and Nora Wachter.

Roberta enjoyed many hobbies including cooking, bowling, canning, making jams and jellies. She also had a green thumb when it came to gardening.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, JD Miears and daughter Beverly Ann Rhodes.

Roberta is survived by son Russell Joy and wife Mary; daughters Judy Miears, Pat Schriewer and husband Jerry; grandchildren Reid and Mauri Joy, Johnny Poole and wife Dana, Kim Phillips, Tracy Landin and husband Manuel, Jay Dee Miears, Ricky Billings and wife Angela; 13 great grandchildren and 1 great great grand daughter.
