Steven Bradley is a dedicated professional with an extensive background in the United States Air Force and the Mortuary Science Industry. After graduating from Tascosa High School in Amarillo, Texas in 1985, he joined the United States Air Force on April 17, 1990. Throughout his 24-year career, Steven obtained a special experience identifier as an Independent Duty Medical Technician (IDMT) and became a nationally certified Emergency Medical Technician-Basic. His noteworthy service includes a 365-day deployment as the Medical Advisor to the Iraqi Air Force at New Al Muthana Iraqi Air Base at the Baghdad International Airport in Iraq, where he played a key role in advising and training the Iraqi Air Force medical standards team in air medical evacuation and pilot physical exams and medical standards. Steven retired from the United States Air Force in 2013 after 24 years of service.
Furthering his education, Steven graduated from the San Antonio College Mortuary Science Program as a Distinguished Grad in 2015. He has since built a successful career in funeral service, having worked at various funeral homes which include Puente & Sons Funeral Home in San Antonio, Sunset Memorial Oaks in New Braunfels and currently serving as the General Manager of both Palmer Mortuary and Goetz Funeral Home, a position he has held since 2019.
Steven's expertise extends to veteran benefits, and he is well-versed in guiding and honoring families with loved ones who have served in the United States Armed Forces.
On his time off Steve enjoys working on various projects alongside his wife on their 10 acres as well as unwinding outdoors by the pool.

Known for her compassionate and empathetic approach to working with families during this difficult time, Jessica is a highly skilled funeral director and embalmer at Palmer Mortuary in Seguin, Texas.
Born and raised in South Texas, Jessica moved to San Antonio in 2016 to pursue her passion for funeral service. She enrolled in the Mortuary Science Program at San Antonio College and graduated with honors in Fall 2018.
Jessica began her career at Mission Park North, where she interned while she studied. She gained valuable experience and learned many important skills of the trade. Jessica had the opportunity to shadow some of the best professionals in the industry who taught her important skills about the funeral service profession, including personalized care and attention to detail.
Jessica’s dedication and hard work provided her the opportunity to assist funeral directors at Mission Park South; she eventually transferred to Alamo Funeral Chapels in downtown San Antonio. After graduation, she broadened her experience working for Funeral Caring USA. It was here that she developed her unique style of funeral directing, learning how to manage a larger case load, and expanding her organizational skills in a higher volume firm.
Throughout her career, Jessica has gained a wealth of experience working in various funeral homes and serving families from different communities. In 2019, she was presented with a hard to pass opportunity to serve a smaller community in Seguin with Palmer Mortuary. During her time serving the beautiful Seguin community at Palmer Mortuary, she earned the Young Professional of the year award for 2023 for the South Central Texas Funeral Directors Association.
For Jessica, being a funeral director embalmer is more than just providing a service. It is about providing guidance and comfort during the most difficult times in people’s lives. By being present and attentive as well as showing compassion and professionalism, she wholeheartedly believes that she can help families find solace and healing during their time of need. Jessica feels privileged to be able to wrap her arms around families experiencing loss and help make final preparations for their loved ones.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and her fur babies. She has a passion for houseplants and enjoys attending as many concerts as possible.
